Jackson County residents!! As of March 3rd, 2025 Jackson County is launching it's own system that will be replacing the current "Citizen Alerts" that were used in the past! We highly suggest that all residents of Jackson County sign up to receive emergency messages from Jackson Alert. What is Jackson County Alert? Jackson County Alert is a new system powered by Everbridge. It is designed to push out critical information quickly during emergencies such as, severe weather, road closures, missing persons and evacuations. You have the opportunity to choose what method you prefer to recieve infomation from whether that be, text, call or even email.
